Last week, hundreds of refugee families across the United States joined the International Rescue Committee to celebrate Thanksgiving just a little bit early.  For some, the occasion marked a homecoming after a perilous flight from persecution and violence. For others, it was a chance to welcome new families into a community they already call home. There are many ways YOU can join in the spirit of the season and help the IRC lead refugees from harm to home.   Give an IRC Gift Basket Support the IRC's work assisting refugees in the U.S. and millions more around the globe.    Hear Refugee Stories Learn firsthand about the IRC's impact as refugees describe their journeys from harm to home.    Host Your Own Event Host an event that will raise much-needed funds for the IRC's humanitarian programs worldwide.
