"It's just extraordinary that a two month old infant with serious injuries could survive three days under the rubble, that she would be found and evacuated to the U.S. for medical care, that her parents, informed that she was dead, would keep searching and eventually locate her, and that they would leave the tent camp that had become their home, and fly for the first time in their lives, to Miami, and reunite with their little girl. Too wonderful for words."- The IRC's Melissa Winkler with Baby Jenny and her parents, who are together again for the first time since the January 12 earthquake that devastated Haiti. The IRC is assisting the family in Miami. Follow our updates on Twitter twitter.com/theIRC.
