NEW YORK - Today's Wall Street Journal features the story of Burmese refugee Ah Lun, who found a job at one of Soho's hottest restaurants — the David Burke Kitchen — through the International Rescue Committee’s New Roots program.

Congratulations to you Mr. Ah Lun, I wish you well in your new life in America!
Thanks to the International Rescue Committee’s New Roots program and Mr. David Burke for making it possible for people such as Mr. Ah Lun to assimilate to the new land in becoming proud and productive citizens.
