BOARDMAN, Oregon -
Kyi Hser, 27, a Burmese refugee, feeds calves at Threemile Canyon Farms, a large dairy near Boardman, a town on the banks of the Columbia River in northeastern Oregon. The IRC has helped dozens of refugees get a job at the dairy.
