2009 marks the 18th anniversary of the “16 days of Activism Against Gender Violence” campaign. The campaign brings together people from around the world to speak out against violence against women.
We recently shared the story of our IRC colleague Annabelle Mubi, who works in refugee camps in Thailand helping women and girls who experience domestic or sexual violence. You can read it here.
