NEW YORK - As steering committee members of the IRC’s young professionals group GenR, we were thrilled to host a special Fashion Week event at the showroom of our sustainable clothing line Threads 4 Thought to showcase our Spring 2013 collection and feature the work of the IRC, an organization we are proud to support.

We created a special edition of graphic tees which highlight the IRC's national resettlement program New Roots, which enables refugees to reestablish their ties to the land and grow fresh, nutritious produce for themselves and their new communities. We have had the opportunity to visit New Roots gardens in San Diego, CA and Bronx, NY.  It’s an honor for part of the Threads 4 Thought’s collection to represent such a meaningful program.

Thank you to the entire Threads 4 Thought team and to everyone who joined us!
