"Where can Iraqis go?"
A story published in Parade magazine this week says that Iraqis who've left home don't know when — or if — they'll return.
More than 4 million have fled — half of them to neighboring countries.
"They're in pretty desperate circumstances," says Bob Carey, the IRC's vice president of resettlement and migration policy. "They're fearful of being deported and sending their children to school, and they're running out of money."
