Since its launch in the summer of 2011, GenR members have come together to support the International Rescue Committee's vital mission. This group of young professionals has hosted events, volunteered their time, helped raise funds, connected with their fellow members and had fun! GenR's biggest night out is the Annual GenR Party, held every summer in New York City.

GenR (Generation Rescue) is a dynamic, diverse group of young professionals (under 45) who have joined forces to advance the humanitarian work of the International Rescue Committee.

Inspired, informed and influential, GenR Members focus their collective energy to engage their communities in support of the IRC through advocacy, education and a range of networking and fundraising activities. GenR is a force for change.
