Economic Empowerment in Turlock provides tools, and resources for economic mobility, financial independence, and autonomy. The Early Employment department works with refugees, asylees, and immigrant populations to gain the job readiness skills required to secure and retain gainful employment and attain economic self-sufficiency. Programming includes classes, workshops, and one-on-one job and financial coaching, in addition to comprehensive case management that addresses clients’ holistic needs. Interns provide support in working directly with clients enrolled in IRC Turlock programming.
