Can I get a tax receipt for my donation?
IRC is a not-for-profit charity formed in New York, United States. Donations to IRC are not tax deductible outside of the USA.

Monthly giving is the most effective way to support our work globally. Your regular contribution ensures reliable support for the IRC and is a convenient way to give. When you become a monthly donor, your gift is charged to your credit card on or around the 15th of each month. At the International Rescue Committee, we know it is important to our supporters that our donations are spent wisely. Currently, we spend: 87% on programme services, 8% on administration and 5% on fundraising. That means of every $1 the IRC spends, more than 87 cents goes to programmes and services that directly benefit refugees and communities affected by conflict or disaster. We are grateful for offers of donations of supplies. However, we are not able to accept gifts of goods or supplies. Wherever possible we try to procure goods and services close to the communities we serve; this helps us to make sure our projects are good value for money and can keep the local economy moving after a crisis.
