The Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Department, provides essential oversight of program quality assurance, data management, and compliance across all organizational levels. The Quality Assurance Intern will support these efforts by focusing primarily on client feedback. This includes contacting clients by phone to conduct surveys, recording and tracking feedback and helping to organize and analyze responses. The intern will gain hands-on experience in client engagement, quality assurance processes and how feedback informs program improvement and accountability within a nonprofit setting.
