    Job Lab Volunteer

    Available until:  December 31, 2025
    Job Lab Volunteers assist refugees to search, prepare, and complete job applications. They support refugees with their digital literacy skills.
  • Silver Spring, MD

    Summer Academy Volunteer

    Start Date: Ongoing
    The IRC Summer Academy is a free learning experience for refugee students in Maryland. Volunteers facilitate lessons in English and math, while incorporating extracurricular subjects and activities to broaden student’s horizons.
  • Silver Spring, MD

    Summer 2025 Intern

    Available until:  May 30, 2025
    Internships give you the chance to get deeply involved in supporting newcomers in Maryland. Interns play a pivotal role in supporting local immigrants and leave their internships having built professional experience preparing them for a career in a nonprofit.

    On-Call Transportation Volunteer

    Available until:  December 31, 2025
    On-call volunteer opportunity supporting donation delivery to clients.
  • Silver Spring, MD

    Family Mentor

    Available until:  December 31, 2025
    Work directly with a refugee family or individual to ease their transition to the Washington, DC Metro area and the United States.
