Using data captured on the snapshot date of 5th April 2025, the gender pay gap at IRC UK for 2025 has been measured at 7% for mean hourly salaries and 12% for median hourly salaries. This pay gap has decreased since the last measurement in April 2024 from 12% (mean) and 14% (median).

However, this indicates that the mean and median hourly pay remains higher for men than women. As in previous years, IRC UK are confident that this is not because men are paid differently for the same or equivalent work; rather, it appears to stem from men and women working in different roles that have different salaries.

IRC UK remain committed to continuing to reduce the gender pay gap, with action planning to this effect set out in the gender pay gap report.
