Cintia Shiratori

During her bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts in Japan, Cintia led English conversation classes for primary, secondary and university students. Upon graduating from her Mphil in Education, Cintia worked in a multi-academy trust and social enterprise based in London, supporting leadership development training programmes for educators and schools’ senior leadership teams across England. In her spare time, she also works in a professional development project for early career women as a World Economic Forum Global Shaper. At the IRC, Cintia oversees the programme’s logistics, communication, monitoring and evaluation.
