Welcome App
Download the Welcome App for a digital handshake to welcome someone to Sweden. The app allows newly arrived refugees to ask questions which can be answered by people who have lived in Sweden for a longer time creating a connection.
Öppna dörren
Join the ’Open door’ project who helps connect newly arrived refugees with people who are more established in Sweden. The ‘Open door’ have several initiatives and you can sign up to meet for dinner, ‘fika’ or to discuss work opportunities.
Mentor Sverige
Would you like to support and inspire young people at the ages 13 to 17? Why not join Mentor Sverige and act as an respectful and supportive adult in a young person’s life. This can involve meeting up for a ‘fika’, attending their football game or just watching a movie together.
Individuell Människohjälp
At IM’s meeting spots you can contribute if you have recently arrived to Sweden or lived here your entire life. Get involved in IM’s language café, homework support function or as mentor at your local IM office.
