The IRC was delighted to host Cultural Orientation (CO) trainers from all over the world here in Seattle! This visit to Seattle was a unique opportunity for CO trainers and IRC staff to exchange knowledge and experiences. More importantly, it allowed trainers to learn directly from refugee community members who have been through the resettlement process.

The IRC Denver Youth Department have developed new programming to counteract feelings of isolation in Denver refugee youth

IRC in Denver invites you to join us for the second annual Refugee in the Arts event! This year's event will be held virtually from June 8-11 and will include 4 days of event sessions to engage, entertain, and showcase the stories of refugee women in Colorado.

This July, the IRC in NJ launched the Digital Literacy Program. This program sits under the Education & Learning Department and is led by the Adult Education Coordinator. Based on client feedback and general needs, the IRC in NJ decided to offer a series of modules that are specifically tailored to first-time/beginner digital users. This program is designed to provide user-friendly activities that make learning digital skills fun and accessible to clients of all ages and learning stages! 

The IRC in New York hosted a virtual naturalization workshop that turned into a free consultation workshop.
