Each year, the International Rescue Committee hosts the prestigious Rescue Dinner in New York, as well as a wide range of local events in our 29 offices across the United States. We are grateful to our many supporters worldwide who are hosting their own creative fundraisers for the IRC.

How can I host a benefit event for the IRC?
Hosting a fundraising event is a great way to raise money in support of the IRC’s work around the world. From yard sales to elaborate benefit dinners, there are endless possibilities -- so be creative and find the right event to appeal to your community and audience.
You can host:
- A casual buffet or an elaborate sit down dinner
- An afternoon tea
- A pizza party
The fundraising part is easy—just ask your guests to bring a donation equal to the cost of the meal for the IRC.

- A benefit concert,

You can put on:
- A talent or fashion show,
- A comedy night or play, or . . .
You can hold:
