IRC San Diego celebrates the incredible contributions of our volunteers and interns, whose passion, commitment, and dedication make our work possible. This impact report highlights key areas of volunteer and intern support, stories from staff, impact data, and more.

The report was developed in collaboration with program staff, who shared reflections on their most outstanding volunteers and interns, as well as with volunteers and interns themselves, who shared their experiences working at the IRC. It also provides an overview of IRC San Diego’s programs and services, illustrating the role interns and volunteers play in the their delivery.
