Republican Arizona State Senator Steve Kaiserwill join the IRC’s States Lay the Foundation summit event on Tuesday, June 6 @ 9am MST/12pm ET. Senator Kaiser will speak with bipartisan legislators from across the United States and discuss how he advanced a bill to study of occupational barriers new Americans in Arizona face and how to maximize the economic potential of the state’s community. This year’s virtual summit will feature IRC policy experts and keynote remarks from renowned actress and IRC Ambassador Piper Perabo.
The States Lay the Foundation legislative summit series serves as a national platform to celebrate and share a roadmap of state policy successes that ensure refugees and immigrants are welcomed and included into their new communities.
