The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is thankful to our corporate partners whose critical support enables us to achieve our mission of helping people affected by humanitarian crises to survive, recover and rebuild their lives. This holiday season, our partners are providing opportunities for you to support the IRC through gifts that give back. This will help the IRC continue our work as the largest refugee resettlement agency in the U.S., and help us continue delivering lasting impact globally to those affected by crises. In addition to donating to the IRC directly, here are ways to support the IRC through our partners*:
The IRC is one of 4 non-profit organizations supported by this year's FEED Foundation fundraiser. Individuals can donate from now through the end of 2022, and the FEED Foundation has committed to match donations up to a total value of $50,000. Funds raised will help to support the IRC's seed security work in conflict zones.
For years, Marriott International has partnered with the IRC to help prepare refugees for meaningful careers. Through the Hospitality Link program, Marriott has supported the IRC in training hundreds of refugees in workforce development and hospitality skills, while working together to place refugees into employment, including at Marriott hotels. Marriott Bonvoy members can help IRC make an impact by donating points here.
With the Mastercard Donate App, users will be able to enroll their card for round-up debit and credit purchases to the nearest dollar in support of the IRC. The app is available on the Apple Store and Google Play.
Miles4Migrants allows frequent flyers to donate unused frequent flyer miles and credit card points to help refugees and asylum seekers reunite with their families and reach safe homes.
For over a century, The New York Times Neediest Cases Fund has published stories about providing assistance to those in need and has encouraged its readers to make a donation to help support those facing economic hardship. Since 2015, the IRC has been one of the beneficiary organizations. Readers can support this year’s Neediest Cases Fund campaign by making a donation here, and reading more about The Fund’s beneficiaries here.
PayPal users can select the IRC as their favorite charity in PayPal’s Give at Checkout settings. Then, every time they make an online purchase with PayPal, customers have the opportunity to donate $1 to our cause.
All year round on the Uncommon Goods’ website, customers can select the IRC (one of four charity partners) at checkout, and Uncommon Goods will donate $1 to support our work.
