Donate

Contribute. The work of the IRC is only possible through the generosity of people like you. Your tax deductible gift helps the IRC respond immediately and effectively to the worst crises.  Although we do receive support from the state and federal governments to assist new refugees, many services we provide -- such as helping refugees apply to bring close family members here -- are not supported with government funding.  Your gift will go far to help refugees integrate and become self-sufficient in Los Angeles.

This includes pre-screening and assessment, job readiness training, pre/post job placement support and administrative support.  For more information, please contact the Economic Empowerment program at [email protected]

Housing

Secure Affordable Housing. Support local refugees by connecting our caseworkers with affordable housing or to landlords who are willing to rent to recently arrived refugees. Many of our clients find it difficult to find housing as they do not yet have credit or an established rental history. If you know of any landlords who would be willing to work with us, please contact [email protected]
