IRC Dallas’s Children’s Legal Services program supports unaccompanied immigrant children, from toddlers to young adults, who arrive in the U.S. without a parent or guardian. Many have survived serious harm and face a legal system that is complex even for adults. Our team provides trauma-informed legal support and works closely with caregivers and trusted partners so each child can pursue safety and stability.
Donations help sustain the advocates and specialized support that make a child’s case possible, including urgent practical help and other critical services not always covered by restricted funding. When you give, you help ensure no child has to face these challenges alone.
