The IRC in Los Angeles is now offering our immigration and citizenship services in a brand new location: Vernon Library! Vernon Library is located in what is known as the LA Promise Zone, a collection of neighborhoods in Central Los Angeles that face challenges due to large numbers of families living in poverty. IRC LA currently works in other Promise Zone locations including Cahuenga Library, Junipero Serra Library and Pico Union Library. To learn more about the LA Promise Zone, check out their website at: LA Promise Zone

The IRC in LA's Citizenship and Financial Literacy program offers free classes throughout Los Angeles that teach the civics, history and English language  needed to pass the United States Citizenship exam. This program includes free citizenship appliction support as well as coaching in the basics of financial literacy. Our goal is to provide the tools that allow new Americans to become engaged and civically minded citizens and positive contributers to the Los Angeles community.

To sign up up for citizenship classes or to learn more please contact Jonathan Fein Proano at [email protected] or by phone at 818.937.2869 or by text at 747.257.4656. Se habla espanol
