The Women’s Resilience Center (WRC) is a safe, welcoming space dedicated to supporting newcomer women and girls as they rebuild their lives in San Diego. Through participant-driven programming, the WRC addresses barriers such as social isolation, limited English proficiency, unemployment, and limited access to health and maternal care.
The WRC stands as a beacon of empowerment, resilience, and community. What sets the WRC apart is its innovative approach- it serves as model for other IRC network offices, demonstrating how tailored services, workshops, and holistic programs can foster resilience, self-expression, and community bonds.
