How to make a referral
- Go to the Spokane, WA IRC Website.
- Scroll down to the question: "How can I help refugees in Spokane?"
- Go to "Refer Clients and Resources."
- Fill out the form "Request for IRC Services." Please be sure to fill out information for the client/client's family members. If you do not know an answer to a question, it may be left blank. However, please answer as much as the form as possible as this will help us determine eligibility.
- Press "Submit."
Congrats! Your request has been sent, it will be reviewed for potential eligibility. If eligible, the client will be placed on a referral list(s) for the requested service(s).
If another client/family needs services, please start a new referral.
*Please note: To make a request for services, the client must agree to receiving messages, calls, and/or voicemails related to their referral.

- Phone: Please call IRC Spokane at (509) 258-5774
- In-person: The Spokane IRC Office is located at 925 W Montgomery Ave, Spokane, WA 99205. Our office reception operates 9 AM to 4 PM Monday through Friday. Our office is closed Saturdays and Sundays. Please note, hours may change on holidays.
Please go to the office and ring the doorbell.
At the front desk, you may request the service(s) needed.
