In the midst of chaos, one refugee graduates with a bright future

Olivier arrived in Kansas with his mother and younger sister back in 2014. In the six years since the family arrived, Olivier has learned English, worked full-time and has now graduated from nursing school! Although COVID prevented a graduation ceremony, Olivier donned his graduation gown and celebrated with family. Congratulations to one of Kansas' newest nurses!
