The IRC in Richmond's Economic Empowerment team is growing. The office is excited to announce the re-launching of its Financial Capabilities program, which was originally offered as a pilot in January 2021. This program provides clients with one-on-one coaching, cohort skills training, and access to additional community resources in tandem with employment programs as part of a bundled services model to promote long-term economic self-sufficiency for clients. Through this program, clients will also have access to IRC's Center for Economic Opportunity (CEO), which aims to create opportunities for credit building and access to microloans that support clients' long-term career and financial goals.
