The IRC in Denver is located at 1873 S. Bellaire Street, Suite 500, Denver, CO 80222. IRC's programs typically operate Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. Our office is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

To request IRC services: new client intake

The IRC offers case management programs, cash assistance, employment services, financial coaching and loans, some classes and training sessions, and the Refugee Housing Stabilization Program (RHSP). 

If you are requesting IRC services for the first time or are a former IRC client returning for services, please contact our intake team in one of two ways for an intake eligibility assessment.

  1. Wednesday walk-in intakes (10:00am - 12noon): come to the IRC office located at 1873 S Bellaire Street (5th floor) on a Wednesday morning between 10am and 12noon for an intake assessment. Please bring any documents you may have with you. No appointment necessary but slots may be limited. Wait time will vary each week so please plan accordingly for water and snacks as needed for your family.
  2. Email Denver.NewClients@rescue.orgto request an eligibility appointment at another time if you are not available on a Wednesday.

If you are found eligible for IRC services, we will contact you again after this first assessment to schedule a date for enrollment into a program and start of services, usually the following week. 
 

To request IRC immigration legal services 

The IRC offers other immigration legal services by appointment only. Existing IRC clients can talk to their IRC staff contact for a referral. Non-IRC clients can contact Immigration.CO@rescue.org or fill out an inquiry form at the front reception desk. We currently offer the following immigration legal cervices:

Monthly citizenship eligibility screening

The IRC in Denver now offers monthly eligibility screenings for naturalization services on the third Wednesday of the month from 10:00am to 12noon. No appointment is necessary, but slots will be limited. Wait time will vary, so please plan accordingly and consider bringing water and snacks as needed for your family.
