Office Hours

The IRC in Baltimore is open by appointment on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Our front desk is closed for lunch from 1:00-1:45pm. Our office is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Our office is also closed for the following upcoming events or federal holidays:

Client Intake Appointments

If you are requesting IRC services for the first time or are a former IRC client returning for services, please contact our intake team in one of three ways for an intake eligibility assessment.

  1. Submit an appointment request using our webform: http://bit.ly/IRCBaltimore
  2. Call and leave a message at: 443-956-7085
  3. Come to the office on a Tuesday or Thursday morning between 9:30am and 11:30am for an intake assessment. No appointment necessary, but slots may be limited on some weeks. Wait times will also vary each week.


Please note there are no intakes for immigration legal services on Thursdays. Immigration intakes are scheduled by appointment only.
