The IRC in Boise is located at 7285 W. Franklin Rd. Boise, ID 83709. 

Our office reception operates the following hours: 

IRC's programs typically operate Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. Our office is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

To request IRC immigration legal services

Please contact our immigration legal services team in one of two ways to schedule an eligibility assessment. This includes a pre-screening for immigration benefits or forms of relief that may be available to you.

  1. Come to the office on a legal screening day. No appointment is necessary and legal screening dates are posted below. Individuals will be seen on a first come, first served basis. Wait times will vary depending on demand.
  2. If the walk-in days or times do not work for your schedule, please call or text the immigration legal services team at 208-559-6825 to request an eligibility appointment.

In addition to immigration legal services, IRC offers the following services: case management programs, cash assistance, employment, financial coaching and loans, and mental health services.

If you are requesting IRC services for the first time or are a former IRC client returning for services, please contact our intake team in one of two ways for an intake eligibility assessment.

  1. Come to the office on a Tuesday between 10am -1pm or Thursday between 1pm - 3pm for an intake assessment. No appointment is necessary. Individuals will be seen on a first come, first served basis. Wait times will vary each week. Please note irregular dates below when the intake schedule may change due to office closures or holidays.
  2. If you are not available during walk-in days or times, please call and leave a message at 208-344-1792. Our intake coordinator will call you back and schedule an appointment with an interpreter.
