#RefugeesWelcome in Dallas

Every year, the Communities Foundation of Texas (CFT) hosts the largest giving day in the United States, North Texas Giving Day. Gifts made on North Texas Giving Day go even further with the opportunity to earn bonus funds and win cash prizes from CFT. This year, the 18-hour online giving event fell on Thursday, September 19th, with nearly 3,000 participating non-profits.
With your help, the IRC in Dallas raised $14,366 to support life-changing programs for refugees in Dallas. Your support has the ability to transform a family's life as they begin to rebuild in Dallas and helps families access the services they need to thrive in their new homes. At this crucial time, it is important to ensure refugees, asylum-seekers, and other immigrants continue to be welcomed fully into our community.
