Developed by Place Network within the framework of ParticipACTION, this curriculum provides young people with practical guidance to develop their own policy papers and use them as tools for advocacy and policy change.
The curriculum supports participants throughout the policy-writing process, helping them build the skills, knowledge and confidence to identify policy issues, develop concrete recommendations, communicate their ideas effectively and engage with relevant decision-makers.
It also introduces young people to the basics of advocacy and lobbying, equipping them with practical tools to bring their ideas and proposals to decision-makers at local, national and European level.
