Statutory Audit Reports of the IRC Office in Tunisia (Annex of the IRC Libya Program) for the Financial Years 2018

Overview: Pursuant to Article 43 of Decree-Law No. 88 of 2011 governing associations and political parties in Tunisia, the IRC Logistical Office (Annex to IRC Libya) is required to appoint an independent statutory auditor to certify its annual financial statements.

In compliance with this legal obligation, the certified financial statements and the corresponding audit reports are published on the organization’s official website within thirty (30) days from the date of issuance of the audit reports.
