This document outlines the IRC Poland Country Program’s procedures for preventing and responding to harm against children. Rooted in national and international legal standards—including Poland’s Act on Preventing Sexual Crimes and the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child—it sets out key principles, responsibilities, and behavioral expectations for all IRC staff and affiliates.

The procedure complements IRC’s Child Safeguarding Policy and supports child-centered, rights-based programming across its activities in Poland, such as psychosocial support, early childhood development, and language classes.
