Location:

Remote, with some in-person assistance provided in client's home or viewing properties in metro Denver, Aurora, and Thornton.  

Time Commitment:

This flexible position requests 2-6 hours per week depending on client need and schedules of volunteer and client.

Duties:

-Communicate with clients over text, email, WhatsApp, and/or in person

-Search online for rental properties 

-Assisting with completing rental applications

-Educating clients about deposits, fees, lease terms. renters insurance, home upkeep and maintenance

-May include accompanying clients to view properties and attend lease signings

Skills and Requirements:

-Internet access and computer 

-Smart phone capabilities

-Willingness to learn new computer and mobile applications

-Familiarity with online rental property searches

-Driver's license and vehicle to transport clients to view properties as needed

-Experience working and communicating with people of diverse backgrounds and new English language learners
