Every third Saturday of the month, New Roots Urban Farm has a volunteer opportunity during their New Roots Farm Stand!
Volunteers will be working outdoors and in the greenhouse aquaponics at the farm to help with landscaping, tree trimming, harvesting herbs, and cleaning in the greenhouse. The event will align with the New Roots Farm Stand, where our refugee farmers sell produce to the public!

Additional info: This is an outdoor event. Volunteers are required to wear closed-toed shoes. It is suggested you wear sunscreen, a hat, long sleeves, and pants if you are sensitive to plants and/or sunlight. Water bottles are also recommended. Tools, gloves, and other safety equipment will be provided.
