The Refugee Support Services (RSS) program is rooted in advancing equity, access, and self-determination for individuals who have been forcibly displaced. RSS provides employability and social support services that address systemic barriers to employment and stability, including language access, childcare, benefits enrollment, and connections to community-based resources.

This program recognizes the strengths, resilience, and lived experiences that refugees bring, and works alongside clients to support their goals. Volunteers are essential partners in this work—helping to ensure that individuals and families have equitable access to the tools, information, and opportunities they need to thrive. Through this role, you will contribute to building a more just and welcoming community while supporting clients on their path toward economic independence.
