Announcement

In-kind donation needs

Welcome newcomers to our community by organizing an in-kind donation drive or passing on gently-used, high-quality items. In-kind donations help refugee families and survivors of human trafficking as they reclaim control of their future and work toward rebuilding their lives in the Seattle area.

Donation guidelines and drop-off information

Donations may be delivered to our office located at 1200 S 192nd St, Suite 101, SeaTac, WA anytime during regular business hours (M-F, 9am-5pm). Deliveries outside of business hours may be arranged on a case-by-case basis depending on staff capacity. Unfortunately, the IRC is not able to pick up in-kind donations at this time.

Help newcomers start their new lives in the U.S. with dignity by only donating items in good, clean condition. The IRC reserves the right to request photographs of donations prior to drop-off, and to refuse donations due to poor quality. We can only accept the following items new: mattresses, pillows, cleaning supplies, hygeine items, cribs, car seats, school supplies, bike helmets.

Contact us at 206-623-2105 or Seattle [at] Rescue.org to discuss your donation and/or arrange a delivery time with our Sr. Operations and Logistics Coordinator. Once items are received, the IRC can provide a tax receipt for your donation.
