The International Rescue Committee (IRC) welcomes the interest of suppliers and manufacturers who can provide needed equipment, services, materials and supplies to our organization. We believe that only through cooperation between our supply partners and ourselves can we receive the best price for the right products in an atmosphere that is fair to all.
The IRC’s procurement practices are governed by our internal rules and regulations as well as by various donor and grant regulations. As a result, our Administrative requirements may vary depending on the equipment or service procured, and for which program or office the transaction is supporting. All Request for Proposals and Request for Quotes will clearly list our requirements, and the eligibility requirements for those supply partners that wish to participate in the tender.
Request for Proposal: Face-to-Face Fundraising Agency Sweden
It is the intent of this RFP to secure competitive proposals to select an agency for the supply of Face-to-Face (F2F) Fundraising Services on behalf of RESCUE in Sweden for their 2020 Financial Year. Please note that with F2F we include the practise of recruiting in public places (Street) and recruiting by peoples’ front doors (Door-to-Door). All eligible agencies that qualify and that have available capacity to supply (and/or exceed) a potential target of circa 750 new regular giving donors via Autogiro between 1st June 2020 up to 30th September 2020 are invited to submit their proposals. Submission Deadline is April 8th, 2020 by 5 PM (EST).

Nachuro Water Supply Project
