The IRC in NY's POWER (Providing Opportunities for Women's Economic Resilience) and New Roots are proud to follow all the graduates of the Food and Agriculture Job Training Program as they start careers and gain control of their futures. Almost all graduates go on to seek additional training or employment within the local food industry.

One opportunity for additional training is through one of IRC's program partners, Hot Bread Kitchen. There, women are trained as skilled bakers. Over the last year, 4 women have gone on to graduate as bakers and gain full-time positions at places like Google and Eataly!
