A Guide for Client Responsive Staff Management

The Guide aims to: 

  1. Provide guidance and resources for senior management and staff on client responsive recruitment, learning and development and performance management;
     
  2. Guide staff to embrace the knowledge, attitudes, skills and behaviours that will institutionalise client responsive programming;
     
  3. Guide managers to systematically nurture and model the knowledge, attitudes, skills and behaviours that promote a client responsive orientation in themselves and their team.
